Granola Butter Joy Cookies

Ingredients:
A cup of almond flour (could be replaced with coconut or oat flour)
2 tbsps maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp golden flaxseeds
Pinch of salt and vanilla

Roll into balls and use a spoon to flatten the ball and to create a little dip - this is where you will add the granola butter once the cookies are baked

Bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
